Dear SOCOEM Members,
Welcome, and thank you for being part of this community.
This is an exciting year for SOCOEM. As a chapter spanning multiple states, we have a unique opportunity to build something special: a visible, connected community where every member feels heard, valued, and supported. In our specialty, the work we do matters deeply, and so does the community we build around it.
Here are our four priorities for 2026:
- Listening Sessions: We're reaching out directly to members across our states to hear what matters most to you. A chapter that listens is a chapter that grows.
- High-Value Webinars: We're planning 3–4 webinars on timely, relevant topics designed to keep you sharp and ahead of emerging issues in our field.
- A Stronger Website: A go-to hub for news, tools, and content that keeps you informed and connected year-round.
- Our Newsletter: Local news, member spotlights, new research, and career opportunities — one of our most valued member benefits, and we're committed to keeping it that way.
